Cafe Pod is committed to fostering a sense of belonging and connection among individuals through innovative community-building initiatives. Our mission is to empower individuals to break free from isolation, cultivate meaningful relationships, and thrive together. With a focus on creating small pods within a larger community, we cater especially to introverts, providing a supportive environment for personal growth, entrepeneurship and jobseeking. Hub
Rooted in Lausanne, we meet regularly for in-person gatherings and online sessions, so you can join even if you can’t make it physically. You’re welcome if you live here or nearby. Me meet in different cafes to connect locally, share coffee, and grow through real encounters. We are currently growing and our maximum capacity is 150 members.

Our online circle brings together people from different countries who share the same spirit of presence and collaboration. As long as your time zone allows you to join the live sessions, you’re welcome. We are currently growing and our maximum capacity is 150 members.

Factual Listening: Paying attention to new facts and noticing differences.
Empathic Listening: Seeing through another’s eyes; feeling what they feel.
